Canapes are served by our uniformed staff on silver platters. We would recommend 4 canapes per person, more if you require guests to be occupied for a longer period. We have put together a selection of canapes that give a good cross-section of meat, fish and vegetarian tastes, please feel free to select any or all of the canapes on the list to tailor it to your exact requirements.
