Wow !  What an absolutely wonderful contribution you both provided to the overall enjoyment which was had by all who came to the staff party which Alison hosted for her hospital colleagues, today.

We would like to thank you both for the superb and very complete service which you provided.  As well as telling you how very impressed everyone was with the excellent quality of the pig which you roasted here for us, we'd also like to say how pleased we have been with the reliability, and regularity, of communication which you have maintained with us, since Alison's initial enquiry.


As promised, we have attached a selection of photos from today.  These have been file size reduced so as not to blow your Inbox!   However, if any of these would make suitable copy for your web page or any other media for you, and you would like the full size [c.1.5Mb - 2.0Mb] individual pictures sent across, then please just let us know.

We were also very pleased to have become a catalyst for your booking with Mr + Mrs J. for 3 August!  We'll do our best to spread the word!
